Hi, We have recently moved into the property and have noticed water staining on the ceiling with an active water droplet. The affected area is near a ducted A/C grille,So not sure if it caused by AC or roof issue. We are looking for an experienced roof leak specialist/roofer to: * Inspect the roof externally * Inspect the roof cavity/ceiling space * Identify the likely source of the water ingress * Check tiles/roof sheets, flashing, gutters and roof penetrations * Check the affected area for any signs of water damage to timber/roof structure * Provide advice on the required repair Important: We don’t just want the ceiling stain assessed — we need the actual source of the leak identified. Photos of the affected ceiling area are attached for reference. Please only offer if you have relevant roof leak investigation experience and can provide a clear assessment of the likely cause.

Looking for a handy person to help cat-proof a few key target areas in my ~400 sqm backyard so my cat stays safely inside. The entire perimeter doesn't need covering—just specific problem spots like under-house gaps, side alley access, and lower fence junctions. Key Job Tasks: • On-Site Assessment & Installation: Inspect the specific gap areas (as pictured) and install mesh/barriers to seal them off securely. • Quick Bunnings Run: Meet at the house first, assess what extra hardware is needed, and join me for a quick trip to Bunnings to grab supplies. All material costs will be covered directly by me. Tasker Requirements: • Must bring standard handyman tools (drill, wire cutters, staple gun, pliers, fasteners). • Experience with pet-proofing or custom mesh/barrier installation is a plus. Location: Schofields (2762)
