See below for rough guide on what work needs to be completed Exterior works: - Clean gutters (rear extension section all blocked) - Add flashing onto roof sheet end into gutter as roof sheets are incorrectly installed and don’t have the minimum 50mm overhang as per Australian standards Interior works: - Water damaged ceiling entire width of rear room/extension (see photos) - Ceiling mouldy and soaking wet water has also leaked through downlight fittings, insulation is soaking wet. - Demo effected section - Clean mold affected areas - Replace insulation - Inspect ceiling cavity & downlight fittings - Replace effected plaster ceiling - Stop up, sand and prepare for paint - Paint new plaster section 2 coats - Rear external door binding doesn’t open/close door to be planed

We must have some broken tiles on our roof as there is some water stains on our plaster , in the kitchen area on the ceiling
