Hi, looking for someone to clean the debris from the goddess the gutters have Good mesh covering. Just a lot of leaves and steaks being piled up. Single story home. Super easy access about 110 square meters in total.

Remove old glasswool insulation into plastic bags. Vacuum between joists in the ceiling space. Ready for new insulation. The area is around 50m2, with easy access from the house. There is ample space in roof space to stand (not near edges). Think it would take 1 day.

Hi Roofer I’ve noticed water damage on the ceiling beneath my tiled roof, and upon inspection, it looks like some of the roof tiles near a pipe or penetration are misaligned . There’s also sealant that appears to be deteriorating , and I suspect water is getting in during rain. Attached are a couple of photos showing: • The misaligned roof tiles near the pipe • The resulting ceiling damage with bubbling paint Could you please come and inspect the area as soon as possible and provide a quote for repairs?
