A few pieces of the weatherboard claddings and a section flashings on the western side of the external wall facade of the house have come off, causing some water leak and water damage to the interior ceiling during the heavy wind gusts and rain on 1st and 2nd July last month. Insurance company requires us to carry out the external repair maintenance before they would repair the water damaged ceiling inside the house. Licensed roofer/ builder needed.

Identify source of roof leak and repair. Possibly removal of tiles and check for cracks, i have spares. Possibly even do do the ridge capping in this area. Roof is single story and swiss tile.

Flat roof. Gutters only out back. There is gutter guard. Back of house one line of gutters and then see photo where red markings are there is a gap between the extension on back of house and flat roof which runs along house this area to clear too. Very important. There is a small window there too would be great if could clean. Job easily done with blower.

The corner of my front gutter is leaking onto my front steps. The plastic downpipe in my garden room is leaking.

A retaining wall has been engineered to rest at one point on non-compressible foam (reasons for this can be explained, but is a formal requirement). This has resulted in the waterproofing membrane applied to the rest of the wall being compromised. I need someone to please apply a permanent waterproofing solution to the area (e.g., a flexible sealant, adhesive flashing, etc.). Someone with the right experience in this is required. Should be a 30 min job. I have a ladder providing access to roof. Add silicon to small section of gutter that is rusty/old and that is leaking. Involves working at height, you'll need a harness.

GUTTER CLEAN TO 6 BUILDINGS IN TOTAL AND 3 SITES Clean up leaves from all areas and remove. Some Debris already on site due to the number of trees. -Remove gutter guard, clean underneath and refit gutter guard back into gutter - Remove leaves from laser light pergola gutters. -Remove all debris from gutters, down-pipes, roof and Valleys to common property and remove from site. -Individually inspect all down-pipes to make sure none are blocked -Individually inspect all valleys. -Inspect roof and inform of any repairs -Single and double Storey buildings with clear access. -Ground level to be cleaned up thoroughly after gutter/roof clean. We will also need a large tree branch removed, and all leaves removed from garden beds and play areas. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

Remove rust and fix the ends of Vergola patio roof louvers. The louvers will need to be removed from the patio roof including disconnect of the opening mechanism (only mechanical nothing electrical). Then the ends need to be treated with rust converter prior to filling the rusted out section with resin or fibreglass. To finish off the ends will need to be painted. We’re open to alternative suggestions on how to repair this. After repair the louvers need to be mounted again and connected to the opening mechanism. There are 4 individual sections of roof with a total of 86 louvers with varying degrees of rust but mostly only on one end. All easily accessible with small step ladder. Work can be done onsite or louvers could be taken to workshop for repair. Price is negotiable after inspection of job - Due date: Flexible

Flat roof currently has Kliplock on it. Some parts rusty and needs repair as well as flashing and downpipes. Job in Forestville 2087. I have added photos 22/5. Also access to roof is easy - walk on. size is approx 12 X 7 m I have cleaned th leaves away, and there are spare roof sheets. Need to 1)remove sheets and see which need replaceing 2) put insulation underneath 3)make fall towards gutter 4) intall gutter, downpipe and flashing around. Some flushing on the side (very small section, maybe a meter) of the roof started peeling. Unfortunately possums managed to get behind them and into the roof. Need someone to fix the flushing and maybe add some metal flushing on top to prevent the possums from trying again. - Due date: Flexible
