The 1920s fireplace backs onto this ex-kitchen ‘fireplace’ . We’ve noticed the timber panel at the back of the fireplace ( in the Lounge) has started to ‘smoulder’. Need to remove the panel , insert a fireproof sheet and replace the panel. You provide the labour, I’ll provide the parts. Some understanding of 1920s fireplaces would help.

Repair leaky roof tiles on a town-house and rear studio in East Perth. Notes: 1/ Internal ceiling/plaster water damage is visible in 3 corners of the main house (pics 3-5), and in one location in the rear studio (pic 1-2). 2/ Sourcing of tiles is not in scope - I have spare tiles if needed. 3/ Internal ceiling/plaster repairs are not in scope.
