The fibreglass roof sheeting of my rear patio is in good order however the rubber sealing washers used with the securing screws have perished badly and are leaking. They need to be replaced with suitable UV rated equivalents. There are approx 120 screws to be done... but should be able to be done quickly with a cordless drill and a hex screw attachment. The roof sheeting is (as expected) unable to support a persons weight... so, starting at one end of the span the sheets will need to be briefly removed and then replaced as the screws with the new seals are replaced. Sounds complicated but there is good access thus allowing the work to hopefully be done relatively easily I will be available to work at ground level handling the sheeting... but am too old (and clumsy!) to work at height.

At front of home we need 6m of box guttering replaced. This includes 2 X corners and one end piece and one down pipe connection. Quote on zinc quad gutters (we can paint) or Colorbond manor red.

Looks like the pipe has cracked underneath or is leaking out the flange. Have tried tightening it looks like it’s getting worse so I just need to replace that pipe in between. Have a ladder ready for roof access it’s at the front of the house. .
