There is a smell - dead animal or similar -in one room of the house. Initial look didnt find anything under house or in roof cavity but need second eyes on this. The smell seems to be coming through the not used evaporative cooling vent in one room. The task is to identify the source and then remove if possible or discuss next steps depending if is a bigger problem.

The garage is a small double garage with a metal roof. During colder weather, condensation forms on the underside of the roof and drips into the garage. As far as I'm aware, this is condensation rather than a roof leak. I'm looking for someone who can: • Inspect the garage roof. • Supply and install a suitable insulation/sarking solution to reduce or eliminate the condensation. • Ensure it is installed correctly to avoid moisture issues or mould in the future. I've looked into doing this myself, but I've decided it's beyond my skill level and would rather have it done properly. The skylight was removed by a previous owner and the ceiling has been plastered over. You can still see the outline of where the skylight used to be. During a recent night of very heavy wind and rain, I noticed a small drip coming through a crack along the outline of the old skylight. It has not leaked during normal rainfall, only during that severe weather event. I climbed into the roof space to investigate, but the original skylight cavity is still there, making it difficult to access or identify where the water is getting in. I'm looking for someone to: • Inspect the roof above the old skylight. • Check roof tiles, flashing and waterproofing for any damage or points where water could be entering. • Repair the source of the leak if possible. • Inspect the old skylight cavity for any signs of moisture, water damage or mould. • Assess whether the plasterboard ceiling below has been damaged and advise whether it needs repairing or replacing. Mount starlink dish on the roof and run cable inside the roof and put through ceiling, the unit is a 2 storey so will need a big ladder, has harness points on the roof to hook onto, if you can provide the mount great otherwise can provide, have everything else ready to go

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached

I need my gutters cleaned, front and back only (no side gutters). One long stretch of guttering at the front and another at the back. There are no side gutters as it's a pitched (cathedral style) roof. The gutters have gutter guard attached so it will need to be unscrewed then screwed back on. Single story home. I recently upgraded my air-conditioning and removed some ceiling vents. I now need insulation placed over those sections and any empty areas in the roof space topped up. I’d like insulation installed across both the horizontal ceiling and the vertical wall cavities. I have 2 batts of insulation already purchased.
