Clean gutters of leaves all around the house

Gutters need cleaning and leaves on the ground need to be picked up and solar panels need cleaning. Small 4 bedroom house.

Two storey house. colour bond roof. Need the metal pipe flashing replaced and sealed properly.

Looking for someone to finish installing underfloor insulation (approx. 32m²). Work involves clipping insulation in a tight space and insulating a few small holes along the way. I can supply most of the materials and equipment. You’re welcome to come inspect the job before quoting. Please note: access is limited at the far end of the house, so the work may require someone fit and experienced working in confined spaces.

Our pest controller can smell an animal decaying somewhere but can't find it. Perhaps a long shot. Looking for someone with portable detection equipment and/or a sniffer dog's sense of smell to have a wander around and tell us where the problem seems to be (ie. which wall the little critter is in, along with the housefly gang). It's a large house. The roof void is easy to access and there are no obstructions up there. Houseflies are out of control and getting worse.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached

I need my gutters cleaned, front and back only (no side gutters). One long stretch of guttering at the front and another at the back. There are no side gutters as it's a pitched (cathedral style) roof. The gutters have gutter guard attached so it will need to be unscrewed then screwed back on. Single story home. I recently upgraded my air-conditioning and removed some ceiling vents. I now need insulation placed over those sections and any empty areas in the roof space topped up. I’d like insulation installed across both the horizontal ceiling and the vertical wall cavities. I have 2 batts of insulation already purchased.

Hi, I want to replace my current cloth pergola roof ideally with a polycarbonate or similar structure (not cloth). I need advice on what roof to buy (reasonable options) that will go on the existing metal structure. I will then buy the roof and will require assistance in installing it (after removing the current roof).
