Someone experienced to clean up existing (old) roof insulation and lay new R4 cross hatch insulation to achieve R7 or so I insulation rating in the roof. Would like woof and subfloor insulation as well if you do it. Around 150 sq mtr ceiling/floor area split level home. Terracotta tiles.

I need my gutters cleaned. I understand that professional gutter cleaning involves a vacuum for downpipes? I have no idea how much my one story three bed home would cost so the estimate I have added to the task is just to fill in the required field. All gutters are fully accessible from the ground.

I need insulation installed under the house floor. The house is raised, there is a door that you can enter from, there light that comes through some vents under the house. Refer to photos. Person can crouch in certain areas and crawl in others.
