I have a 2 storey terrace with concrete tiles. Only the portion facing the street, covering aproximately 5m x 5m, is to be pressure washed and painted with an acrylic roof coating in order to seal the tiles. Colour will stay the same. I am only the terrace on the right of this picture (so don't need to do the one above the green house). Repoint ridge capping as well. Please provide all materials necessary. When quoting please tell me what roof coating you would use and how long the entire thing would take in terms of labour hours.

Remove old gutters and cut into max. 700mm lengths. I will arrange disposal. 1. 2050mm length, at 2.6m height. 2. Porch gutter 1070mm length, about 3m high. 3. Upper roof zig-zag shape, 400x1470x1360mm. No spout, only 1 stop end. About 4m high. Most of the materials are here; 115mm colorbond quad guttering, stop ends, spouts, brackets, silicone, 1 internal & 1 external angle for the zig-zag. You will need to supply rivets and galvanised screws for fixing.

Existing 90 cm Rangehood required to be replaced with new appliance (already purchased) I live on an apartment building built in late 80's 3 storey walk up. There is existing ducted ventillation which is ducted through the roof which I would like replaced entirely - so request is for complete removal of existing appliance and ducting, and replacement with new ducting and appliance. Not sure how the external roof is accessed, only know that there is a manhole to get into the roof cavity.

Hi, Looking for a professional to taupolin a rusty tin roof. I had a couple of roof people check it out and said the roof needs to be replaced. The gutter was removed by a tradie who thought that was contributing to the water coming through the windows but it’s not. We plan on knocking down this building so need to stabilise the situation for the tenants, thanks
