I am seeking a licensed professional to provide a formal quote for a complete kitchen extraction solution in a Strata unit. Please Note: This task is for the site visit and provision of a formal quote. Please indicate if there is a call-out fee. Work Scope: Range Hood Install: Installation of a customer-supplied range hood (already purchased). Exhaust System Supply & Install: Supply and installation of internal ducting from the range hood to the roof. Fireproofing: Ducting must be fireproofed/wrapped to AS 1668 compliance standards. Roof Component: Installation of a roof cowl/exhaust outlet and completion of associated roof repairs to ensure a waterproof finish. Requirements: Qualified: Licensed Roof Plumber or Mechanical Services contractor. Strata Ready: Must provide Certificate of Currency for Public Liability. Compliance: Able to provide a compliance certificate for fire safety once work is complete. I live on an apartment building built in late 80's 3 storey walk up. I live on the top floor. There is a manhole to access the inside of the roof. To access the outside of the roof I believe it must be by ground of common property.

Apply clear penetrating sealer to my concrete roof tiles and do ridge point recapping. It's a terrace and you will need to climb from the front. The tiled area of the roof is only around 5m x 5m, the rest is corrugated iron so doesn't need treatment. I am the terrace on the right, don't need to do anything for the green house. Hi, Looking for a professional to taupolin a rusty tin roof. I had a couple of roof people check it out and said the roof needs to be replaced. The gutter was removed by a tradie who thought that was contributing to the water coming through the windows but it’s not.
