I need two small verandah roofs replaced at my home in Belmont with corrugated iron and ridge capping installed. I have already removed the old ones and have purchased all of the materials. All I need is your expertise and labour.

Removal of existing 'blow in' insulation at our property being renovated. Approximately 105m2 area to be removed. Areas marked blue on plan attached for location of blow in insulation to be removed. We are looking to have insulation removed within the next couple of weeks. Quote would also include removal of insulation.

Two existing downpipes need repair. First requires new Pop from guttering, length of plastic pipe (about 2 - 3 metres) and connect to pipe going underground. Second requires pop from guttering length of pipe and bend, and connection to water tank.

Need assistance to fix a roof gutter which has been damaged.

And issues where one roof line ends at an edge and meets a different angle roof from the back porch. Box gutter checked as the join from it being constructed from two pieces is leaking at the join . Needing to have impeccable seal.

Note the white mark up at the top of the photo. Cut a drop there so I can add a down pipe to release extra water during heavy rain. You don’t need to install down pipe. Just cut and install a drop. Parts provided. Just bring cutting tool and silicone.
