There are no side gutters as it's a pitched (cathedral style) roof. The gutters have gutter guard attached so it will need to be unscrewed then screwed back on. Single story home. The balcony grouting seems to be cracking and letting water through. Needs replacing. The balcony area is around 5 square metres, with large tiles.
