Where my Colorbond patio joins to my roof water leaks in between. A section of approximately 12m of gutter has rusted away I’m after something to stop it leaking either flashing added or the gutter replaced. I also require 4 polycarbonate sheets to be replaced, preferably clear black sheets Sheets are roughly 3.8m long 0.8m wide Patio is roughly 12m x 4m

3 by 2 House built in 2011. Villa/Strata property joined at the sides. Had one company come out for a quote already and they suggested replacing some roof screws where they've degraded and replacing sealant at the ridge joins as below. No rush for completion, just looking for a fair quote. Existing roof screws have degraded to various areas and require replacement. Existing sealant to ridge joins has degraded and requires repair. Existing gutters contain debris which may cause blockages. Recommendations Removal & disposal of degraded roof screws to various areas where required. Supply & install new roof screws with Neoprene washer seals to all areas where old roof screws were removed. Supply & apply sealant to ridge joins where required. Clear gutters of debris where required. Clean all worked areas.

Shed length 6 meters. both sides require Guttering, only patio side to be connected to nearby down pipe that services the patio roof (1. Metre away) Guttering. I built an extension on my home And didnt install batts pink or otherwise As ceiling insulation goes it’s a relatively smallish job Covering a bedroom and bathroom I can or will supply pink batts if neccersery Just need to know how much I need to buy Seems ike a simple job though roof entry is about 3 mtrs from area
