Needing the final coat/trim of the tin roof in my sunroom painted. Only the concave parts need attn, the convex parts already mostly finished. Some parts still needing first coat so you’d do that part first then start the second coat while that dries. Paint and paint brushes provided. No drop sheets, so must be done with some care. I’ve done as much as I can but struggling to get the rest done. Need it done this weekend so I can get the furniture back inside.

I took off roof racks from my Mitsubishi outlander, but even if I did it, some bolts broke and now are stuck inside their holes but without the heads. I need to take them out.

Hello, I am looking for someone to clean the gutter of my unit & also replace the exhaust fan in my bathroom. Details: - Clean all the gutters in the unit, including the removal of the leaves that get sticky between the walls (just a few of them) in both the small backyard and garage. 3x2 unit. - My exhaust fan is the one that comes with the heater, not sure if this can be fixed or needs a full replacement. Happy to buy the whole part to be replaced if the fan can't be fixed.

Just bought a house in Balga and have noticed several leaks inside and in the patio outside. There are numerous broken tiles on the roof that need replacing. Also the ridge tile pointing needs redoing. Also some sections of guttering need replacing. Happy for you to come out and have a look before quoting.
