A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. I have a down pipe that has clogged up causing an overflow of water near the connection into the drain near the base of my house.

Following heavy rain, I am seeing water dripping from a light fixture on the ground level. I suspect the leak is originating from the front section of the house roof. Seeking a professional to quickly locate the entry point and perform the necessary rectification/repair. It’s a new home , never had issues before . Thanks
