Looking for roofer to investigate a leak and repair it The leaks coming through the door frame of a bifold door on the bottom level of the house. The roof is tiled, but it’s also connected to a colourbond pergola.

Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have other roofing work coming up but need this fixed ASAP while we're planning the other works. I'll add pics ASAP.

There is an existing gutter which overflows in heavy rain. It needs another outlet and downpipe which needs to be connected into the existing down pipe with a rainhead. All in colorbond steel.

I have a Eurola automated louvred roof that trips the electrical breaker. There may be an earthing issue. To access components (motor and controls) panels need to be removed so probably a two person job. The motor seems ok as works when earth is disconnected. Would prefer a new Somfy rain sensor to also be installed but this can be a follow up job not to be included in quote. Thanks

I have solar pool water panels on the roof that were installed by Solarpro 10 or more years ago. The pipe running up the wall has come loose and the is a leak on the roof. There is a valve on the roof to expel air and this may be where the leak is. I’d also like to move the heating panels from the northern side of the roof to the eastern side. It is a two storey building and fall protection is required.
