I have recently installed a new modem/internet service and had my printer working from it. It stopped working and I have tried to reconnect it but it is not working. on my laptop it says "Driver unavailable" On the printer it doesn't show "printer" only Fax and copy.
Luke was very helpful and kept me informed about his arrival time. He patiently worked to reconnect my printer although it was being difficult.
