Unclong sewer line via overflow relief gully

I have a ensuite with 2 sinks, but one sink runs slower than the other. When i look at the circular sewer overflow relief gully (ORG) outside it seems to be filled with water. Thus need someone to unclog sewer line via the ORG? Its likely some roadbase/sand that went in there, but not 100% sure.
