Find an experienced plumber in Karrinyup

Rheem continuous flow gas hot water system (installed Feb 2019) losing hot water intermittently. Symptoms: Runs fine on hot water only – no issues at all Problem only occurs when cold water is blended in (i.e. normal shower temperature) – runs warm for a bit, then drops completely cold, then recovers Only happens on the upstairs shower – downstairs is unaffected No error code displayed on the unit when it drops out Green operating light goes off when the fault occurs (unit appears to deactivate rather than fault-lock) Looking for a licensed gas fitter/plumber to diagnose and fix – likely candidates are inlet filter/scale buildup, flow sensor, or a flow/pressure issue specific to the upstairs line.

Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from a licensed WA Plumber to clear a completely blocked sink at our retail store, in Karrinyup Shopping Centre. The Issue: Our handwash sink (located on the sales floor) is severely blocked and filled to the brim with stagnant wastewater. It is unable to drain and is at risk of overflowing onto the floor. This is the only sink in the store and is a major hygiene concern in full view of customers. Centre management has confirmed the blockage is internal to our tenancy. The Job: The task is to urgently clear the blockage and restore proper drainage. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely draining/clearing the standing wastewater without spillage. 2. Clearing the blockage from the basin waste, P-trap, and drain line using professional equipment (e.g., drain snake/auger). 3. Flushing and testing the sink thoroughly to confirm it drains quickly and freely. 4. Leaving the sink and surrounding area clean and sanitised. Requirements: -- MUST be a fully licensed and insured WA Plumber. -- You must bring your own professional drain-clearing tools and clean-up equipment. -- Public liability insurance is required. Location & Timing: Location: Karrinyup Shopping Centre. 200 Karrinyup Rd. Karrinyup WA 6018 When: URGENT - ASAP. We need this resolved as soon as possible. Please state your earliest arrival time in your offer. Please provide a quote for the complete job. Thank you.
