Doing a full bathroom reno soon so seeking licensed plumber to work in collaboration with my tiler to - - Replace a toilet (keeping same location): Current toilet (left skew style), New Toilet (also left skew style): Fienza Petra Close-Coupled Toilet Suite Left Skew Trap Gloss White - Install new glass shower screen: (1 x side panel and 1 x hinged front door panel OR 1 Corner opening shower (will purchase soon so TBA) - Install new shower head: Not changing location of existing plumbing - Install new shower hot cold taps: Not changing location of existing plumbing - Install a heavy wall hung vanity: Vanity: Aulic Ainsley 900mm wide with a stone top. Needs to be wall mounted / floating onto a tiled wall - Install basin onto vanity: Basin: Above counter, circle basin. Waste hole has already been cut in the stone top, but holes may need to be cut through the back and bottom of the vanity to route the pipework to the existing plumbing. - Install basin mixer onto vanity: Mixer hole is already cut in the vanity stone top but as per above, you'll need to route the plumbing through the vanity to the existing wall plumbing. Licence numbers and Plumbing certificate of compliance required after completion as I am part of a Strata unit.

Two tasks, ideally in one visit: - Reconnect a new undermount laundry sink to an existing trough's water and waste connection point - Install a handheld bidet spray to an existing toilet, plus a showerhead swap in the same bathroom I will supply the sink, bidet unit, and showerhead. Please quote labour for both tasks combined.

I have a balcony on level 1 and master bedroom right below it... Some water leakage had happened over 10 years and produced a hole in the ceiling(photo attached) I tested whether it is grout or drain... I put a funnel in the drain and poured water only inside it and I could see the drops of water from the home in the ceiling of master bedroom, so it is from pipe drain for sure. How is it possible to stop the leakage with minimal invasion... Kindly let me know and the associated quote for it... Thanks.

We have a leak in our downstairs toilet. When flushing the toilet, water starts pooling on the ground under the cistern.

Wall mount 1x showerhead rail on to tile wall in the bathroom. Please provide nails etc.

The kitchen sync pipe is leaking

New taps to be fitted on laundry (can’t seem to get old ones off). Reverse Osmosis fitted under kitchen sink with new 3 way mixer tap. will require shelf from under kitchen sink to be removed too.

Need help plumbing a new fridge. Hopefully straightforward as there is a hole going through the back of the fridge wall leading under the laundry sink. Also need help taking the fridge off the polystyrene base and moving it into position.

Leaky shower - need help please

My fridge does not have a tap installed behind it and hence I am unable to use the full functionality of the fridge - cold water and auto ice maker. Will need to draw a connection from water lines running in the house to behind the fridge and then connect.
