Our hot water system is about 10 years old. We don’t want to replace it as it’s still working fine and in good condition but have received advice from another plumber that a service might be helpful. Recommended he Flush out the current system and look at fixing or replacing the temping valves. Hot water is fine but the system does make clanking noise so calcium and build up might be helped with a service.
