I have an ensuite bathroom undergoing renovation so will need to have the plumping fixtures removed and sealed off. This includes disconnecting the toilet (and cover the outlet), disconnecting the shower head + tap, and disconnecting the sink. This is in an apartment, I can shut the water off while the fixtures are removed and sealed off.

Qualified Fridge and Plumbing Installation required for new Samasung fridge freezer. Needs to lifted off polystyrene packing base and connected water supply to maintain warranty. We are in a rental, so either needs non- peanut connection to outside tap on wall just outside and through kitchen window behind where fridge is, or under sink with dish washer tap, but will need a two way connector.

Bathroom vanity - Change bathroom tap and spout to mixer. Remove and cap tap location, install mixer, underneath vanity copper pipe needs cutting and fixture required to attach mixer hose. Shower/bath - Cut flanges for bath and shower taps to customise fit. All parts are fitted, cutting new flanges to customise is what’s required. I have fixtures, only thing required are cutting tools (grinder) and the part to attach supplied mixture fitting to copper pipe.

I need some tap washers replaced in a shower to stop a leaking shower. However one of the taps has been glued together so may require more work than usual.
