my shower faucet isnt closing

Looking for a cabinet maker for a quick cash job today. We are renovating our laundry and are needing someone to just cut out the section on our wooden bench top to install our laundry sink. We don’t have the correct saw to do it. Would ideally like to undermount the sink so will need cuts to be accurate and properly finished. Won’t need to connect waste or any tap fittings as it’s just the sink. VJ panelling and benchtop can still be removed if needed. Would like done today if possible.

Install shower into downstairs bathroom. Will need some extra tiles adding to the roof and waterproofing. Laundry sink is to come out. New mixer taps, shower and screen will be ready on install date. Would like somebody who can do the whole job. More photos and info can be provided on request.

Need my fridge looked at and repaired possibly. I’ve got a bottom mount Haier refrigerator. The top part of the fridge is not getting cold, the seal is also pretty weak. Doesn’t stay shut Sometimes. However the drawers in the fridge are still cold and the freezer is working fine. It was working fine last Friday. But it’s just stopped working.
