Fix/replace loose toilet seat

I need to replace a gas storage hot water system with a new system. Property is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathroom. Existing system is located outdoors and replacement to be located at the same place. Looking at a 26L gas continuous flow system as a possible replacement but open to any cheaper alternatives. Price is priority.

For a few weeks, the hot water in the ensuite shower has gotten from patchy to nearly non-existent. The rest of the house has fine hot water, even the ensuite sink.

Unblock shower drain prior to floor tiling. Suspect obstruction and can’t remove it with snake. ASAP so we can keep working 😆

There is a leaking tap. Also there is one bathroom with low pressure in tap and toilet sink.

Remove water restriction valves shower

Old Caroma ceramic dual flush toilets x2, 1/2 flush not working. I don’t think they supply parts anymore, but Thunderloo from Bunnings might work, but not sure how they fit into china cistern which I assume has to unbolted to fit down pipe lock nut etc.

Licensed plumber preferred. Old Caroma Pedigree toilets. Spare flushing mechanisms not available as far as I can tell. Have to use Fixaloo Thunderflush type, as I don’t really want to get a whole new cistern, and would hope the cistern does not have to be removed from wall for this to be done?

Taps have just started leaking, tried to replace the shower head but no luck. Don't have the tools on hand to replace the shower tap seals.

Ensuite shower leaking quite badly, need washers replaced in both taps please. You will need to provide tools and washers. A handyman had a go last week and used incorrect washers and now it’s worse! See photos for tap type. Located Taringa.
