Rheem gas hot water system's igniter isn't producing a flame. Pilot position, holding it down 60 secs and repeatedly pressing the igniter button, however, the pilot light does not ignite and cannot smell gas (There is still gas inside house on gas stove and heater.

Pelase help! Water keeps coming out from our Shower Screen. It does not securely close. Hence, it does not keep the water inside when we have the shower. The shower is not leaking. The problem is only when we have the bath. I need help in getting the Shower Screen to close properly. Handle needs to also fixed again. Thank you.

Fix toilet - it’s running after flushing for about 15 mins and then makes a groaning sound for about 5 to 10 more mins. And then stops.
