The hot water in our house has very low pressure. It has been fixed before but after about a year it went back to being very low pressure.

Details: Existing sink and tap need to be completely disconnected and removed. Sink is a top-mount style (standard single bowl). Benchtop will be cut and replaced after removal by the stonemason. No need to reconnect anything — this task is just for safe removal and capping off water lines. Easy access, single-storey home in Salisbury, QLD. What’s required: Licensed plumber preferred. Bring your own tools. Must ensure water lines are safely capped and sealed. Clean up work area after removal.

Plumbing for new tap and sink install dishwasher inlet / outlet. New cabinet and easy access to pipes below for redirection. I have the Mixer tap, hoses, hot and cold shut off taps. Dishwasher inlet and waste hoses. It will be a bare carcass so easy access. also easy access from below. The idea is to redirect the hot cold up through the floor to shut off taps mounted on the sink cabinet base and connect sink waste. All elements are in place just need the plumbing. The concrete will need to be were the white stick is on the ground and a pipe added with a drain added where the white stick starts. Around bathroom sink above and below to be water proof sealant applied. Old sealant to be removed . New sealant to be applied. Sealant can be supplied.please bring other appropriate tools for the job.
