Bathroom leak causing damage to timber floor in nearby bedroom. The damage (about 6 m²) appears to come from the wall next to the bathroom. No visible leaks in shower or toilet; bathroom usually dry but can get wet after showers. Strata has denied waterproofing failure, so I need a licensed plumber to inspect using professional leak detection tools and provide a written report that may be used for Fair Trading.

Need the old bathroom vanity and shaving cabinet removed and install new ones with new taps. Need the shower head removed and replaced. Toilet bidet spray installed. Shower shelf installed. Professional plumbing services needed for our apartment. Our hot water temperature has been discovered to be not stable; it could be suddenly very cold or hot. Hot water is supplied by the building via a hot water pipe; the unstable temperature was observed in all our room; neighbors have not reported this issue.

Light Bulb Repair & Kitchen Tap Stabilisation Task Description: 1. Light Bulb Repair: The ceiling light in one of the rooms is not working, even though other lights in the same room are functioning properly. • I have already tried replacing the bulb with a new one (same type), but the issue persists. • The new bulb works in other sockets, so the problem seems to be with the light fitting or electrical connection. • Please also inspect and repair the red-circled area in the attached photo (accidentally cracked it trying to fix it myself) 2. My toilet is leaking inside the tank - water keeps running into the bowl after flushing. If I tap the flush again sometimes this stops. Should be a quick fix (both toilets experiencing this issue) and will need to make sure that the toilet stops leaking and running continuously. Quote will to include your own tools and parts.

Hot water take a longer time to come through and not as hot as before in my apartment

I would like to replace my undermount kitchen sink with a top-mount one. The current sink size is 69cm × 47cm (irregular shape, the widest point). Details of the new sink are shown in the attached picture. The old sink and part of the countertop will need to be cut out. The drainage pipe will also need to be adjusted, as I’m switching from a double bowl to a single bowl. Plumber License Required.

Add a tap that can have a hose connection in laundry and tighten a leak under kitchen sink. There are already washing machine taps but looking for a standard easy tap to be permanently connected to a hose. Also tighten a simple leak under the kitchen sink. The hose is to clean two small balconies each week and I would like the hose to be attached and remain permanently ready in the laundry.

Plumber needed for leaking tap in laundry and bathroom

I live in top floor of an apartment. Recently I smell a very strong odor from drainage of the bathroom and laundry as well. Trying to pour in draino bought from Woolies with boiling water but the smell came back the next day.

The hot/cold to sinks in bathrooms/kitchen/laundry don’t have shutoff valves. Need to install these on 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry. This is in an apartment and I don’t think there’s a mains shutoff inside the apartment either. So need this mainly as for safety shutoff in case of any leaks.
