Find an experienced plumber in Rhodes

Diverter button on shower mixer (the small button above the main handle) is stuck. Second photo shows that I’ve unscrewed the outer cap, exposing the brass stem of the diverter. Would rather repair than replace the whole mixer tap. May just need some WD-40 and jiggling around to loosen the internal diverter spring? Either way, I haven’t got the tools and would prefer it be done by a plumber or handy person with appropriate experience.

Help discover the cause and remove the bad smell from bathroom drain, tried pouring drain cleaner multiple times still couldn’t remove the smell.

Water is leaking from a grey plastic pipe and needs to be closed off.
