The granny flat previously had a full kitchen, however the previous owners removed the kitchen island, which included a sink and dishwasher. We’ve been advised that all plumbing connections (water and waste) are still in place under the floorboards and would just need to be reconnected. We’re looking for a quote to labour to install a new kitchen island that includes: – A sink – A small dishwasher – Cabinet space suitable for a washer/dryer combo - Reconnect the Water/Waste We can provide plans or measurements if required. Connect water & wastewater from tiny home to exisiting lines. Water connection to tap is less than 5 metres. Wastewater connection to exisiting line is less than 10 metres (can be placed above ground, but below is preferred). I currently have a rainwater tank that needs to be replaced with new Poly Tank. I will have the current tank empty. I also have a toilet cistern and seat that needs replacing.

Our toilet is leaking externally. Leak Appears to be from the back part of the toilet. Not sure if the leak is from the hose or the pipe. But there’s definitely a leak. Looking for a plumber or handyman to come out and rectify. Thanks

I need a plumber to connect my new fridge to plumbing for cold water. Water line and tap already present from previous fridge (see photos), so I would say getting in the ceiling is not required. Plastic bag shows connectors that came with new fridge. Fridge is on wheels, easy to move and lots of working space.

Looking for options to relocate this pipe from outside of the house, whether it be to ran internally or moved to another area. Open to suggestions.
