I have built a deck over the existing outside tap and need it moved to another spot. Access under the deck is ok, as is under the house (where the pipe for the tap is). I’ve added a few photos. When washing machine runs, the laundry floor drain in the house is overflowing occasionally. Need a licensed plumber to snake and unblock it. Location North Manly.

As per marked up images of patio area at rear of property based in North Manly location. We require a licensed plumber to carry out a replacement of a broken/not connected existing strip drain, the installation of a new strip drain alongside the house, and connecting both to a newly cut stormwater pit, in the existing location of a pit that isn’t fit for purpose. The existing pit connects into another pipe, which we also want connecting into the new pit, in summary the pit will have 2 inflows, and 1 outflow. Full description of requirements below: * Remove existing broken strip drain along patio area and supply and install. The broken area is only 0.5 metres, so likely can be replaced, vs the whole strip drain. * Cut out damaged stormwater outlet in corner of grassed area, below water hose * Modify pipework to suit new layout * Supply and install new strip drains along side of house * Reinstate existing strip drains with correct levels * Cut in new stormwater pit into existing location * Removal of trade waste * Test and commission installation Happy for a site visit when convenient.

We appear to have a partial blockage in a sewer, seen in the picture when water has flowed, pressure is causing our final (furthest away from house) inspection port to sprinkle water. The other inspection ports closer to the house are fine, so we believe we know where the blockage is. We need this to be high pressure hosed out. Potentially it’s tree roots causing the build up, so the hose needs to be able to manage these, a camera going in would help if you have one to check but it’s probably not critical. Once the pressure subsided and sprinkle of water stopped I’ve tried to inspect the problem inspection point by removing the top of the inspection port but there is a stuck screw which might need to be broken to inspect and hose properly, if so, we’d need to replace the lid of the inspection port so it isn’t exposed. Washing machine is currently not working as it says 'no cold water'. The hose is connected and so I am guessing that it is an issue with the hose itself (perhaps it is blocked). Task is to fix the issue so that the washing machine is working. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 7 March 2023

We require the plumbing to be capped off for a renovation / demolition of a brick wall. This includes capping off an external tap and shifting the drain, capping a small water unit, a waste pipe to a toilet and a small sink. With the water unit there is a little bit of copper piping.
