We need to have some cement cut out and piping run for drainage front of the house . 4 tile grates connected to a pipe. drain pipe 4 m away from drains. need also the grate hole cut out . Tile grate is 1800mm

Copper pipe under house has split and is leaking. Just needs to be capped as it’s for outdoor tap. It needs to be done on Sun, 21 Sept.

Have bought a house that needs renovation. The kitchen is very old. I can buy a very good 2 2nd hand kitchen to get us through a year or so. Need to remove the old and install the new with a bit of customising. Need indication of cost.

Damaged bathroom vanity needs replacing however there is a PowerPoint at the back of it which will need to be decommissioned during the job. The photo which shows the old vanity needing to be removed should give a good indication of the task. The new vanities pretty similar to the old one in configuration.

I have 3 Sorrento kitchen counter stools and the woven rattan on the back of the seats is breaking. I’d like to know if they can be fixed.

We need a garden tap installed here (see area with the star in red) so we can run a hose from it. There is an existing tap further down the garden steps ( see arrow in second pic) from which you should be able to connect and run pipes. I had previously posted and assigned this task but the plumber fell through - hoping for someone licensed and local with good recommendations.
