Had a new vanity installed but I don't want to see the waste and coppers. Want to channel them into the wall and floor. There is already 2 layers of tile so don't need to dig into concrete very far. I'm retiring the floor and wall under vanity anyway.

Vanity changed over, fit out of above counter basin and tap. change over tapware and towel rails in bathroom. change over a toilet. More odd jobs needed in future months.

Have 2 40 year old toilets... Solid units but the rubber isn’t stopping the water leak out of the tank on one, and the other makes a noise on the inlet valve? Doesn’t look like any water flowing thru it however. Tried replacing the black washer on the first with these red ones to no avail. So have bought a cistern replacement for them and need help cutting the pipe to size and attaching . Also have a tap leaking. Sending photos

Install a Devanti Dishwasher. Area currently has a shelf which needs to be modified. We would like to keep the existing shelf on the other half of the cupboard so need to prop cut hole for dishwasher and install a support for the remainder of the shelf. Will need experience in plumbing to for water outlet hose and dirty water hose. I believe there an area in the existing pipe for this.

Install Bosch dishwasher. Will be delivered on Thursday 23rd. Will post more photos of under sink when the broken one is removed.
