Hi I need someone who can come and check our property in Manly today as the shower /tub drain is a bit slow in draining.

A small bathroom renovation project. It’s a compact apartment in Manly that needs: • New toilet and taps • New vanity • Tiles regrouted • Some tiles repaired/replaced (cracked and sunken near the washing machine area) I would also want removal of the old vanity and toilet. Can provide more details and context. The replacement parts will be in the apartment already and will just need installing. Unfortunately there are lots of stairs to get to the apartment. So if that's an issue, this is probably not the job for you.

i think i have a blocked pipe in my kitchen. The water is going to the other side that is open instead of going straight down to the usual pipe

Pushed this plug down and it’s blocked now and won’t pop back up. I am useless with my hands. Need someone to come up and pop this up without causing any damage. I don’t think it needs a plumber but I do want someone competent. Hope to do it now. Let me know.

Shower water is backing up and bubbling through the bathroom floor waste. The toilet flushes fine, so it looks like a local blockage in the bathroom branch line, not the main sewer. Looking for a local plumber to clear the line properly. Job will need either a drain machine or a jetter to make sure it’s cleared on the day. Easy access through the floor waste.

S bend has been cleaned. Blockage lower down. Need an eel to investigate and then unblock.

We need a laundry sink to be picked up from Bathroom Collective in Manly and driven to Yennora to the kitchen joinery company. Sink will fit into back seat of normal car. It will be wrapped but needs to be handled carefully.
