Need to replace 55cm gas cooktop with 90cm induction cooktop. Caesarstone benchtop needs to cut to fit. Gas disconnecting and capping plus provide safety certificate. Electrical connection and installation plus certificate. My house is a single story weatherboard type house and cooktop and main switchboard located same side of the house 12m apart. Fix sprung leak on kitchen faucet. Cold main line leaking at connection to faucet. (Optionally replace whole faucet with better recommended model). Source and replace leaking tap valves on both sets of bathroom Taps (sink/bath).Source and replace existing bathroom sink main lines with local isolation taps. Happy to discuss.

Both our toilets flush valve buttons and/or seals to be replaced that have corroded over time. When flushing the toilets they continue to flush until we press the buttons to make it stop. Additionally toilet seats need tightening please.
