Both our toilets flush valve buttons and/or seals to be replaced that have corroded over time. When flushing the toilets they continue to flush until we press the buttons to make it stop. Additionally toilet seats need tightening please.

My Westinghouse dishwasher is not draining any water.

The shower head is leaking. I don't understand how to open this particular type of shower and what to fix.

Pipe is blocked, need to be unblocked. I tried using a drain auger from Bunnings but it didn’t work. It’s an outdoor kitchen area, I’ve checked the sink and it’s clear. The blockage seems to be down the external drain pipe, shown in the photo. I’m not sure how long the pipe has been blocked for, found out about it today.

When it rains and water flows through all 4 stormwater drains, they overflow and the water subsides super slowly afterwards. If I use hose to put water through 1 drain at a time, it doesn’t overflow. I have raised it with the council and they say they have used cameras to check and the blockage is at legal point of discharge due to tree root. Can you please provide a quote to help? Thanks.
