Wall hung toilet is making a noise that I can only describe as a humming / whinning sort of noise. Its annoying more than anything but I'm keen to get it sorted as it can be heard from other rooms in my home.

My plumbing jobs: 1: replace washer exterior rear tap. Supply washer. 2: replace washer exterior front garden tap. Supply washer. 3: replace old shower head with new one (supplied)images of old and new one supplied. 4: replace shower wall taps with new ones (supplied) images supplied of old ones. New ones quarter turn. 5: Fix running toilet flush system. images of toilet supplied.

Washer/s needs replacing on hot and cold shower tap as shower head is dripping. I don’t have the washers. Airlock to be released on hot water tap for the bath.

Repair or replace continuous hot water system. Costs for labour. I’ll supply replacement if needed (unless you can). Need job done Sunday 1 Feb And replace tap valve or replace laundry tap

I require an LG fridge water connection to my water point. I have installed but it is leaking from water point and does not flow through to the fridge.

We need our gas burner tubes replaced on our webber. The task is simple enough but the two bolts that are connecting the old tubes are pretty rusty and hard to remove and we don't have the correct tools. So it's just a matter of having a good quality wrench to remove these two bolts.

We have 2x sump pumps under the house - one for grey water and one for storm water. They haven't been serviced in a few years so want someone to come out, check they are operating properly, clean out etc (or whatever is required) to ensure they continue to operate. Both seem to be working perfectly right now.

Our hot water tank sits in a cupboard & we want to move it outside, then hide it behind some boards.

Hot water is not hot enough. Checked the temp regulation valve and it is set to max. Also the non return valve is leaking.

My water is dripping slowly from my flush into the toilet cistern. And the inlet tap I think is not working properly also. Location Lilyfield. Time flexible, come anytime it suits you.
