Kitchen sink is pretty much blocked. Plunger and a snake has been tried by me, but no luck. No other sink, bath or shower have any issues.

Washer/s needs replacing on hot and cold shower tap as shower head is dripping. I don’t have the washers. Airlock to be released on hot water tap for the bath.

Cistern water won’t release when button is pressed. Button is loose with zero resistance, expect release valve is faulty

The drain stopper for my sink is stuck. Please come remove it / unblock it

I require an LG fridge water connection to my water point. I have installed but it is leaking from water point and does not flow through to the fridge.

Kitchen mixer tap needs repair. The tap still works, but a rubber/nylon seal at the base has dropped out, so the whole spout now swivels loosely. Likely requires reseating or replacing the seal.

We need our gas burner tubes replaced on our webber. The task is simple enough but the two bolts that are connecting the old tubes are pretty rusty and hard to remove and we don't have the correct tools. So it's just a matter of having a good quality wrench to remove these two bolts.
