Handyman needed to stop the pan collar seal leak from sewage pip to toilet pan The black rubber seal (pictured) that connects the toilet to the waste pipe is leaking slowly when flushing. I will provide the sealant, so I need a capable handman to apply it to stop the leak. Replacing the pan is out of the question as it is unfortunately thickly tiled into the floor by the previous home owner and a major and costly renovation job. Can work around your schedule when you are in or near Leichhardt 2040. Thank you in advance.

I’ve already done most of it. But there was a leak somewhere and I think I’ve found it, but I just want to make sure it’s all good. Shouldn’t take too long. It’s been working fine, but there has been a small leak and I need help making sure I’ve done everything correctly. Thanks!

I need to install a self contained shower cubicle and a hand basin into a wooden granny flat cabin in my backyard. Copper and PVC pipes will need to be cut, extended and joined.

I need a licensed plumber to come and validate a plumber's report from strata & write a report and quote how much to fix it. A leak from the back wall has been identified (report attached). The last plumber use sealant but the leak has returned.

This is a new kitchen. The undersink plumbing has an intermittent leak. It may be a matter of a cross threaded pipe or plumbers tape needed. As stated, the kitchen is only a few months old - so new pipes aren't needed.

Fix my leaking bath tap/hand shower. They leak depending on which side the diverter is switched to. Eg if the diverter is switched to the bath tap, the bath tap will leak. I have replaced the valves and washers, as well as disassembled & reassembled but still no luck.
