Hello, our toilets have black residue when flushing so reckon this needs inlet valve replacement. We have three toilets.

Our shower and bathroom shower is leaking. If you turn the taps off super super tight it only leaks a tiny bit, but you can’t stop it completely. Our hot tap in the bathroom sink is also leaking. If you turn it in just right way it doesn’t leak but if you just turn it off, it leaks. We are looking for someone to change the tap washers in the shower and sink.

The agg line on the left of the pic was installed by landscaper to disperse water under our lawn, ie it’s not connected to anything. It’s killing my lawn though as the water isn’t draining away. I’d like someone to cut agg line and plumb into the PVC pipe on right. I can provide t junctions, blue metal etc, just need someone to cut and connect. Dont worry about refilling hole.

I need a Miele washing machine to be connected in my kitchen. It needs the pipes to go behind my wall oven, so might require some drilling and cutting through some of the cabinetry under the bench. I've added some photos so you can see the water taps under sink and that there is a tall section of cabinet that the pipes would need to get passed through.

I'm looking for someone familiar with servicing breville boiler. The steaming wand is leaking slightly, other than that it just needs a good once over.

I ended up with some face cleanser in the bathroom sink and then closed the pop up thing on the drain. It’s stuck now.

We need a kitchen sink drain connected to the waste pipe. Sink is in place and the old pipework is in place too - may need trimming or replacement of s trap or other. See photos.
