How much is the water efficiency certificate cost? 2. How much will it cost to replace tabs? 3. After replacing will there be a second charge to generate the certificate? The budget for the certificate is around $100 - $150+. Depends on how much the cost will be to replace the tab and if you are charging me again to generate a certificate. Happy to undergo all the necessary replacements with the same plumber who will only charge the fees for the certificate once, given that the replacement price is within the market average.
