My house is set back on our elevated block, so need my agi drains cleared to make sure any rainwater can drain to the street properly. Need someone to come out and clear and flush a handful of these drains on the block.

Isolation valve at meter not completely turning off water at shop meter inside the shop. Suspect tap needs replacing.

Repair gutter drainpipe connection. Only need 30cm section of the gutter removed and replaced with new section incorporating the drain section into the downpipe. The gutter doesn't need replacing.

My toilet started leaking at the back pipe, toilet still working. I had a plumber come in to do an initial quote - the toilet is around 15 yrs old, the rubber has worn down resulting in the leak. Please provide quote for call out fee (if any) and hourly service fee, as well as any additional fees.
