1 toilet has constant slow dripping into the bowl 1 that sticks when flushed and then continuously flushes if not fixed.

Fix a leaking outdoor tap.

Plumber required to attend for following : 1. Toilet leaking / flooding after flushing 2. Hot water system is constantly leaking hot water (therefore gas is constantly running) 3. Dishwasher not working. It appears there is no water inlet connected to the dishwasher, error message comes up to say water not connected: 4. Tap outside is also constantly leaking water .

My toilet started leaking at the back pipe, toilet still working. I had a plumber come in to do an initial quote - the toilet is around 15 yrs old, the rubber has worn down resulting in the leak. Please provide quote for call out fee (if any) and hourly service fee, as well as any additional fees.

I have 3 sets of new sink taps for 3 bathrooms, 1 bath set and two sets of new shower taps (only, not the shower itself) to install. Registered plumbers only. Brand new Early Settler Oxford basin taps to replace old ones pictured.

Flexible H+C hose supply to Kitchen sink leaking. Probably at a joint in the Hose located in the cupboard under the Sink.

Slow leak from toilet pan where it meets the floor at the silicone seal. It’s a wall faced toilet. I suspect the seal has perished.
