Duct fall off, need to fix. There is another potential repair to fix the problem that can be quote once this one to be fixed on site. (One of the room vent only has small air coming out)

We have a Brivis Buffalo gas ducted central heating unit, manufactured in 1982. It has been working great, but stopped working unexpectedly yesterday. I have had a look and am unsure of the problem. It is not the pilot light because I can see that is on. I also tested the indoor thermostat (continuity check with a multi meter) and it seems to be working. There is a plug inside the unit that looks worn and black that could be the issue, but outside my expertise so have left it. We would love someone to come out and look at it. We need to replace approximately 6m of the 18inch return air duct to the central heating unit. We have had a technician visit who has checked out the unit and advised that the issue is with the duct. The unit - Brivis SP635i central heating system which is showing fault 41 - Supply Air Overheat. The unit is located is in the ceiling with easy access. Supply duct and fit.

The Brivis Buffolo 20 heater blows out air ok but is very load. I have been in touch with Brivis who said it can be adjusted. Is this something you can do?

Our outdoor Brivis unit needs a service and it looks as if there is condensation coming out of the unit when we turn it on. Happy to pay $250-$300 for service plus additional for parts if required.

Heater not blowing hot air with some cracks. Was told it needs to be changed over and was given different prices for different units, different star rating and brands that can fit in the same base box.
