Toilet is not flushing properly

Blocked toilet , standard agitation with rubber agitator does not help. Seems that blockage is between toilet bawl and house sewer line. Sewer line works for draining shower/ bathtub / kitchen etc

The button to flush the toilet has failed (looks like a piece has snapped off) and needs to be fixed.

Toilet cistern won’t stop running. I opened the lid and discovered the internal plastic mechanism (fill/inlet valve) is broken and loose. The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow. Need someone to inspect and replace the internal fill valve (and flush valve if needed). Please bring parts Located in five dock. Flexible with timing but would prefer this to be fixed ASAP.

Toilet is blocked and showers are causing bathroom floor drain to overflow

Fix toilet - it’s running after flushing for about 15 mins and then makes a groaning sound for about 5 to 10 more mins. And then stops.

The following Toilet/Bathroom sink issues require a repair 1. The flush in the common bathroom and ensuite are leaking, causing water to run. 2. The ensuite toilet cover is misaligned. 3. There is a minor leak below the ensuite bathroom Sink/Vanity.

Cistern is not filling up. My mother said when she filled the cistern up with a bucket of water and flushed it, the water came out black. need a plumber to check it out this afternoon please.
