There is a partial blockage in my toilet and the water level takes a while to go down. Have tried plunger but hasn’t worked.

Needing bathroom vanity replaced. Looking at possibly putting in floating vanity. Pipes are connected from floor. Happy to it to be exposed.

In the last heavy rains I noted that the ceiling had a very small area where it looked like that had traces of water in one of the bedrooms.

Install bidget in the toilet

The bidet seems to be leaking. Please see picture attached.
