Help remove a washing machine on boat and install a washing machine, carry washing machine out of boat, help moving new washing machine onto boat, I anticipate 30 min to remove current washing machine and 30 minutes to install, maybe less to install.

Leaking tap in the bathroom

The floor drain grate is missing. I’d like the floor drain replaced or grate put in exisiting floor drain that fits (tools required).

Bathroom basin waste is leaking. The rubber washer has failed and needs replacing. I’ve tried to loosen the locking nut underneath but it’s very tight and the waste spins, so I haven’t been able to replace the washer myself. There is easy access under the basin. Looking for someone experienced with basin wastes and small plumbing fixes.

Our shower has separate hot and cold taps. Even when both are fully turned off, the shower head keeps dripping.

The price is just for a quotation. There is a water leak near meter box, council staff mentioned we need fix it.

We have a water tank that needs to be dissembled and gotten rid of. I’m not sure if it still has water in it, but it shouldn’t be very much. We haven’t used it properly since moving in. Quote needs to include taking the actual water tank away to the tip as well

We have had an en-suite ripped out and the ceiling plastered, the walls tiled and the floor tiled. Originally had a plumber come in and do the positioning for new taps, toilet and sink. I have bought the taps, shower heads, a wall hung vanity & toilet. Looking for a qualified plumber to fit the tap fittings, toilet and vanity mixer etc and install the wall hung vanity and a single glass shower panel and then seal off whatver needs to be done. Weekend is fine or any day of the week.
