The new appliance is an LG 60cm 3-Zone Induction Cooktop (Model: BCI607T3BG). It is already unboxed on-site and physically fits the existing 560mm x 480mm stone cutout perfectly. No stonemasonry or bench modification is required. Scope of Work: Plumbing: Disconnect the old gas cooktop and permanently cap off the gas line underneath the island bench. Electrical: Disconnect the existing 10A gas GPO wiring from the island's internal conduit. Use the existing conduit pathway to pull a brand-new, heavy-duty 6mm² single-phase cable from the main switchboard to the island. Switchboard: Supply and install a dedicated 32A RCBO safety switch/breaker in the main switchboard panel (there is physical space available on the rail). Fit-off: Mount a new isolation switch inside the island cabinet, drop the LG induction unit into the cutout, hardwire it, and test. Mandatory Deliverables (Required for VEU Rebate Claim): To process my energy efficiency rebate, you must be able to provide the following upon completion: Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) for the new dedicated 32A circuit. Gas Certificate of Compliance for capping the line. Please include your license numbers in your offer. Ready for installation as soon as possible.

We have had a new toilet installed and it’s leaking again. We need a competent plumber to do the job as we have tried three times to fix this.

Require a registered plumber to replace the existing kitchen sink mixer and reconnect the cold water to the existing under bench filter. Current setup as shown in photos. New mixer is a Phoenix Ivy MKII Pull Out Sink Mixer. Might need to cutout a small hole in the shelf to fit the mixer's pull out fittings.

Replace washers in both shower taps

i want to have this water tank plumbed to collect rainwater and to be used with the toilet.

Need a plumber to conect tap to sink, i supliy the tap , to put silicon under and around the sink. To conect hot and cold water from the wall , see pictures. Also to conect the return pipe, which need to cut a hole on the cabinet. See pictures of cabinet and the water conection from wall and sink . After connecting everything need to put cabinet against the wall and put silicon all around.

Water leak detection & report required for me to claim the warranty from the builder. Ideally if the technical expert can be here when the builder comes to access the site, so I can lean on on your technical expertise and make sure the builder doesn't cut corners.
