We have a leaking tap in the back yard need it fixed asap

Toilet cistern won’t stop running. I opened the lid and discovered the internal plastic mechanism (fill/inlet valve) is broken and loose. The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow. Need someone to inspect and replace the internal fill valve (and flush valve if needed). Please bring parts Located in five dock. Flexible with timing but would prefer this to be fixed ASAP.

Replace a new sink basin in space currently has a sink basin. See photo Bonus if you can source a cheap one from Bunnings by tomorrow and do it by tomorrow

High pressure washer needed to hire for half day on the 9th March

- Tap aerator installation (it’s a little hard and I don’t have a wrench to remove the existing one) - shower tap is not working (shower is working just the tap below isn’t) - need to get water out of the tap below

We need to get water run from back of house to where we will install a new outdoor sink under a pergola. It's roughly 16-18m from back of house.were happy to dig any trenches to keep costs down. Sink will be where the red wheelbarrow is in picture. We'd also like to get a tap for the garden put in near the sink We'd also need to have the sink dropping into sewerage at the back

Unit apartment hot water temperature not high enough. I think the job just needs someone knows how to locate and turn up the hot water valve. Not sure about the rate for the job. Please quote. Thanks.

(UPDATE) : turns out my landlord going to install it for me for free. So I am just going to need someone to build double sink in my other posted task after the water heater has been installed.

I am in need to build a double sink with hot water. I am currently have one sink in the premises. I do not want anything difficult to install and too expensive because my lease is only 2 years. I was thinking portable double sink? Or can plug in with the current sink to make it work. Whichever cost less as it's just a temporary space.
