Unsure whether tap or cartridge needs to be replaced.

I need a new mixer tap installed on a kitchen sink in our warehouse. Hoping to get this done today MON 22 OR tomorrow TUE 23. The old taps and pipes are hard plumbed copper. I'd like to get stop valves / stopcocks installed on the wall under the sink and install the new mixer tap as shown in the pictures

The kitchen mixer tap above my sink has come loose and fallen over, and it no longer stands upright or works properly. Please see the attached photos. I need a licensed plumber or experienced handyman to: • Inspect the mixer tap and mounting under the sink • Tighten/repair it so it is secure and working again, or advise if it needs to be replaced • If replacement is needed, install a new mixer tap (I can buy one on your advice, or you can supply one at extra cost) Property is a house in Camberwell, VIC. Kitchen mixer has become loose. Needs tightening , likely from underneath the sink. No leaks, just needs bracket tightened. Should be a quick job.

Hot/cold mixer tap is leaking from the handle.

The mixer cartridge for my kitchen tap is leaking. I’m unable to replace the cartridge so I have a replacement tap that needs to be fitted by someone who knows how to do this properly. The task will include turning off mains water, removing the faulty tap, replacing it with the new tap, turning water back on and checking all new connections/seals for leaks.

kitchen sink mixer tap is fine on hot side but turned to the cold side it leaks whether it is on or off.

We have two taps to replace, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry.

Replace a couple of plain mixer taps with new swan neck taps. Should be a straightforward job if you have the right tools.

Looking for a plumber to fix our leaking shower head. It started off as a slow drip but is progressively getting worse.

I have a shower leak, some days ago I tried epoxy regrouting myself but it seems that did not help. As it was not very clean and if anything it might have changed a few things. The base of the shower now has a little dip . The shower has brick walls and is 1x1 mt square...small shower. Perhaps regrouting and redoing those tiles would help and maybe waterproofing that part of it. Let me know pls Here is some additonal information : OK SO THIS WOULD NEED RETILING TOO as the walls are retiled before ( there might have been a board underneath that) , so that needs to be removed, waterproofed and retiled. I have added some additional photos, which show you how the leak is coming on the exterior of the shower wall. Let me know now pls and also how many days do you need. Pls include tiles cost (for shower part only) and taking away all the waste as well. thanks

Shower head is leaking - I think it’s because issue with taps not completely shutting off even when forced as far as possible. Similar taps for bathtub but it seems like some water is coming out of handle area when taps are on Job is to replace taps and ensure proper water shutoff and no leaks

Waterproofing in upstairs shower has failed - water is escaping and dripping down to kitchen ceiling down below. Task is to re-grout the upstairs shower to prevent leaking.

The lid of my toilet popped up and I believe the filler valve is the issue. I need someone to come and repair and/or replace what needs to be done.

I need a plumber to fix toilet flush. Water is filling the back part of the toilet, the flush is temperamental and the water is brown.

Leaking toilet (slow leak) and seat unable to connect properly between the bowl and the seat. May be most efficient to replace the unit and would reimburse/ pay for the unit separately or buy it and have it here for installation if needed.

Our toilet bowl is filling up when we flush it and also the water is continuously running when on. Can we please get a verified plumber to come and fix it. I can accommodate tomorrow (Monday 15 Dec) or Tuesday 16 Dec.

2x toilet cisterns require fixing. 1 just needs to be connected properly to the flush plunger. The other has water running continually through to the toilet bowl. Easy access to both.
