Replacement of two toilet seats. Tiolet seats sourced from Reece and will be replaced with a Caroma Opal II Soft Close Toilet Seat. New toilet seats have been purchased and installation required.

I need a water tap installed beside the bbq as shown in photo. I would like the tap to be a chrome (nice looking). Below the patio floor is an underground garage with a water line just below the bbq. So, you will simply need to drill through the concrete below the BBQ. See photos. Please ask any questions you may have.

Storm water line requires to be moved about 1.5 mtrs away from its existing location to make way for landscaping. In the attached picture, the Red Line shows the existing storm water line. Blue line is how i want that to be realigned. The existing line in red line requires to be capped. The new line(shown in blue) requires to pass through the concrete footing of the brick fence.

The sink plug was removed to clean out dirt and hair blocking the drain. However, when attempting to reinsert the plug, it no longer fits or seals correctly. It appears that the spring mechanism has been wedged in so far that reinserting the plug is impossible. It is suspected that the pin or screw holding the mechanism in place may have also snapped off when it was twisted.

Storm water drain pipe leading to the street edge in my 3 year old home has got debris blocking the connection to the street drainage. This need to be inspected and removed. Suspicion is, it could be a piece of concrete gone in and settled. If so, this need to be removed using concrete dissolver

Bypass hot water system at car wash. Or if able repair leak in hot water tank. Whichever you recommend. There is currently a leak at the bottom of the tank. It supplies water to other tanks. I would like to bypass the system all together
