Hi there, I need someone to repair or replace the flush mechanism on our toilet (see photo attached). The flush button is currently loose and not working properly — it may need the internal flush valve and/or dual flush mechanism replaced. Please bring the appropriate replacement parts with you or advise what’s needed. Happy to cover the cost of the parts in addition to your call-out/service fee. 1. Isolate water to house or fixture. Remove tap body, clean spindle, re seat brass bodies and flush water lines. Replace tap valve, grease stem and provide new O ring and fibre gasket to body. Re assemble tap, reinstate water supply and test on completion 2. Install Replacement shower head with new head

Need done ASAP! Pipes not tight under laundry sink, leaking all over the bottom. Need it fixed and cleaned below please. Puddle is now coming out of the caboard and wetting the floor in the laundry. I need a plumber tomorrow to cut and possibly cap off two exposed copper pipes that are running horizontally inside a partially stripped wall where the shower is located. These pipes are still in use I believe so I need a professional to confirm that, safely cut them, and prepare the area for further renovation. The first photo where i circled that where i would need to cut.

We have an old toilet that needs replacing. It seems to make a lot of noise and sounds like it’s always flushing - all day long. I can purchase the toilet from Bunnings, if needed, I just need advice on which one to pick. However would prefer if you can supply the toilet. It just needs to do well for next 12-18mths as we plan to knock down and rebuild.

Hammering noise with water pipes. Water pressure is low in kitchen and so is hot water temperature. Kitchen tap needs retightening.

Works: 1. Install new water line from existing hose line on external of house to new refrigerator for its water & ice maker - similar to mark-up photo. Then connect new water line to new fridge. 2. Replace existing kitchen tap/faucet with new pull down mixer. Refer to photos. New mixer to be supplied by us. Note: There is no water supply internally near the fridge cupboard. Therefore, it is proposed to connect from the hose line on the external wall behind the fridge and run a 1-1.5m line to the fridge area and drill through the external fibre cement wall to the fridge cupboard. Refer to photos. All penetrations and connections to be appropriately sealed.

The plug for our sink has got stuck and we need it to be fixed if possible.
