Need someone to install osmosis water filter under my sink. Attached is what the sink look like and the water filter that needs to be installed. Note will need to drill a hole on the sink for connect the filter tap.

Looking for a certified plumber to remove and reinstall my kitchen sink tap (Peppy tap). I’m having a protective coating applied to my kitchen surfaces, and the tap needs to be temporarily removed to allow the coating to be installed properly, then reinstalled afterwards.

Mould issue on the bottom floor of 3 story townhouse. The bottom floor is build into a hill (masonry blocks facing soil, then plasterboard which has become mouldy. Attached some pics of impacted rooms, and the front/side of the house: 1. The rear walls can’t be accessed from outside. It’s facing into the hill and top floors extend further back. 2. The side wall is partially into hill of driveway. 3. The rear wall plaster appears to be immediately in front of cement bricks, the side walls I assume there’s a wooden frame there but haven’t looked behind the plaster Need someone that has experience with similar situations. I think we need: 1. Remove plaster 2. Apply layers of waterproofing bitumen 3. Apply layer of breathable render and paint, or replace plaster

Water tap leaks water in our childcare centre

Main water line has a leak needs repair - need to crawl to access under house. There is about 500-600mm space to cut the pipe. I have a shark bite part to use. I believe the pipe is 25mm

Installation of a new gas cooktop required and removal of the existing. Current bench cutout is 870mm x 390mm. Cutout for the new cooktop needs to be 885mm x 405mm as per the manufacturers specs. The kitchen benchtop and cabinet sides underneath will therefore need to be cut slightly (it's laminated board - refer to pictures). Additional information: Current cooktop size is 975mm x 455mm. New cooktop is 930mm x 450mm. Overall benchtop depth is 595mm.
