A first home buyer is doing some works and they are looking to Install taps for mixer & washing machine below trough. To Re connect trough waste, and lift up hot water service out of the ground. Owner to supply trough and mixer tap.

The hot water tap (left) is dripping and quite old. I am considering replacing it with a new dual tap or, if possible, converting it to a mixer tap. Also, the pipe under the sink is leaking. Originally, it had an old P-trap pipe, which I removed and cleaned two years ago, but I found it difficult to reinstall without leaks. At that time, I replaced it with a flexible P-trap. A few days ago, the sink began draining slowly. I removed and cleaned the flexible P-trap, but after reinstalling it, the pipe started leaking. Also the sink strainer is missing and needs to be fixed. I am open to different options and please feel free to contact me.

No water pressure can't get the right temperature need to know the cost

Problem with the shower not much water pressure hard to get the right temperature it hot or cold

While having a shower my cold tap handle fell into my hand but then I noticed the hot tap handle being loose. I just need someone to tighten them up. I have put them on but are loose.
