I urgently need a plumber to fix serious hot/cold water problems in my home. The issues are: Shower: • When I turn on both hot and cold knobs, I can only turn the cold water on a tiny bit before the water reaches a tolerable warm temperature. • When I turn the hot water off, the cold water trickles, meaning I’ve basically been showering only with hot water. • Shower heads have been replaced – problem persists. This is supposed to be a balanced mix of hot and cold, so something in the system isn’t working. Washing Machine: • Every time I turn it on, it says there’s no cold water, even though the cold tap is fully on. • Between loads, it’s as if the cold water magically turns off by itself, without me touching the knobs. • This requires “rocket science” with the taps every single time to get it to work properly. This sounds like a pressure-balancing valve issue, faulty mixing valve, or some other water system malfunction. Spa bath is leaking water from underneath. I had a plumber come in to have a look and he said that the Flexidinger has snapped and needs to be removed and replaced. We weren’t ready to fix it at the time but we are now. I can supply the part but I just need to know what size to purchase. Also can get my husband to help lift up the spa bath

Water leak was found from a conseal mixer when water is running. No leak if not in shower. Behind the mixer wall is a toilet with a glass on it. Job includes removing the glass and cut up an opening on the plaster wall to access the mixer. Glue the glass back after fix. The leak might be the mixer or the shower head on top. Under bench kitchen sink that was siliconed in place has detached from the granite benchtop and needs re fixing
