We have water leaking from our balcony to the patio below. We think we need to pull up the tiles on the balcony floor and re-level, waterproof & retile the floor so that the water doesn't flow down to the patio ceiling. The balcony is approx 5.1x2.6m.

Spa bath is leaking water from underneath. I had a plumber come in to have a look and he said that the Flexidinger has snapped and needs to be removed and replaced. We weren’t ready to fix it at the time but we are now. I can supply the part but I just need to know what size to purchase. Also can get my husband to help lift up the spa bath

Water leak was found from a conseal mixer when water is running. No leak if not in shower. Behind the mixer wall is a toilet with a glass on it. Job includes removing the glass and cut up an opening on the plaster wall to access the mixer. Glue the glass back after fix. The leak might be the mixer or the shower head on top.
