The side valve on the hot water tank has a less than drip leak but is getting worse. Need replacement seal fitting

Job located in Abbotsford NSW. Needing plumbing work in my apartment bathroom to replace mixer diverter) in preparation for new bath install, the mixer and diverter have been opened up with concrete around it removed (as per pictures) just need the water turned off and the replacement Mixer diverter installed.

I used caravan sink and it leaks. I bought it second hand, so I think it I’ll needs to be fitted with silicon.

We are looking to change our tap to a bigger one but I don’t have the right wrench to reach the nut that tightens the tap. Happy for someone to come and change our tap for a reasonable cost. Thanks
