The existing paint is cracking and peeling, with some surface mould on the walls and ceiling near the shower, so the job will need proper prep before repainting. A large bedroom and small ensuite bathroom, with mostly tile to be left alone, painted. One of the walls is mostly window. We have the paints- high quality Dulux paint and prime. We made a start on one wall but are short on time and energy due to disability. Some very light sanding and filling may be needed, we have filler as well. Room is carpeted. We have some paint cloths, you may want to bring some bigger ones. Trim, ceiling and doors need doing, nothing elaborate. We're doing a base coat of paint and prime and then a top coat with a custom colour paint that we'll also provide. Room is air conditioned and can be ventilated. Hi, I'm after a professional, reliable painter to prepare, prime & paint 5 internal doors along with an aluminium sliding door 5 internal doors are well used but overall good condition and will need to be removed to be painted, all hardware to be removed and replaced when finished also please Doors off so can be thoroughly sanded and no risk of sanding hinges along with tops, bottom, behind hinges can all be primed and painted Sliding doors, double glass with one sliding door to be prepared, primed and painted both sides along with the fly screen door thats attached, all hardware to be taken off and replaced also, this is a colour change Flexible with dates and paint is here. We're ok with spraying but nessassary masking and protection will need to be carried out.

The facia boards all around home need preparation and painting, in white. There are a few patches of weatherboards that need some repair and painting.
