All that is required is painting one wall in the bathroom behind the toilet white. The paint is coming of the wall in five areas so you will probably be required to scrape the paint off the wall partially and then sand and repaint. We recently had a bookcase and wardrobes installed. The wardrobe rip-out left us with a section of cornice missing from our ceiling; we have most of the remaining cornice but we need someone to do a good job so that it’s seamless. The bookcase required us to remove drop lights, but only covered half the holes; we need someone to patch up the rest in the ceiling. Paint just the lower half of one wall. It already has about 3 coats but the previous painter left some uneven patches and it just needs a good, even once over. It’s the blue circled area - see photos. 9m long & 2.5m high. Bottom half. I imagine this would be no more than an hour of work.
