Require an experienced professional to prepare, repaint and finish timber flooring and stairs. The work involves 43m² of wooden flooring (across Level 1 & 2 landings) plus 18 timber stairs. The scope of work includes: - Preparing and sanding all timber surfaces to ensure a smooth finish. - Supplying and applying premium stain/varnish/paint (Black Japan) to floors and stairs. - Protecting surrounding areas during the work to avoid damage or overspray. - Carrying out work outside of standard hours, including adjustments to fixtures/fittings. - Completing a thorough clean-up of all treated areas once work is finished. Important Requirements - Tasker must supply all materials, including varnish/paint, brushes, sanding tools, protective sheets, and cleaning supplies. - High-quality, durable finish is expected. - Must have prior experience with timber floor and stair refinishing (please provide photos of previous work if possible). - Careful attention to detail and professionalism are essential. Additional Notes - Photos of the current floor will be attached to assist with quoting. - All waste and debris to be removed by tasker upon completion. Quotation should include all labour, materials, and clean-up costs.
